Pilot data is stored in the region(s) agreed in the pilot contract. We support specified regional hosts to meet organizational governance requirements.

Logs & audits

We keep request logs for performance, safety audits, and debugging. Personal data is accessible only under strict access controls and for legitimate pilot/admin workflows.

Human review & safety

High-risk interactions trigger human-in-the-loop review before final decisions are executed. We maintain escalation flows for incidents.
